At Sky Shark Photography, we strive to provide exceptional and professional photography services while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. Our booking process requires clients to provide accurate contact details and sign a contract, and a deposit is necessary to secure a session. The full balance for the shoot is due upon completion, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If a client needs to cancel, we require at least 48 hours’ notice; cancellations made within this period will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, though we will make every effort to reschedule in the case of weather-related or unforeseen circumstances. Our photography work, including images taken during sessions, remains the intellectual property of Sky Shark Photography. We grant clients a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the contract; however, we retain the right to use any photos for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Images are delivered digitally, typically in high-resolution JPEG format via a secure online gallery, and clients are responsible for backing up their files after delivery. For drone services, clients must acknowledge that these are subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and any airspace restrictions; the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for drone use on private or restricted property. Clients are expected to ensure that the location of their photoshoot is accessible, safe, and prepared for the session, and Sky Shark Photography is not responsible for any personal property loss, damage, or theft that may occur. Timeliness is important; clients are expected to arrive on time, and late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or additional charges. Sky Shark Photography’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the session, and we are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages that may arise. In addition, we do not assume liability for any injuries, damages, or loss occurring during a photoshoot. Privacy is important to us, and we collect personal information only to fulfill the services agreed upon, without sharing it with third parties unless legally required. These terms may be updated or changed at any time, and any changes will be posted on the website and become effective immediately. All services are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, with disputes to be settled in Pinellas County courts.
