By using the services provided by Sky Shark Photography, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Sky Shark Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to real estate, portrait, automotive, and drone photography. To secure a booking, clients must provide valid contact information and a signed contract. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due upon session completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit, but rescheduling may be allowed if weather or unforeseen circumstances arise. All photographs are the intellectual property of Sky Shark Photography, and clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images as outlined in the contract. Sky Shark Photography retains the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Image delivery times may vary, with digital images provided in high-resolution JPEG format via a secure online gallery. Clients are responsible for saving and backing up images after delivery. Drone photography services are subject to local regulations, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for drone services. Clients are expected to prepare the location for the photoshoot and ensure it is safe and accessible. Sky Shark Photography is not liable for any personal property loss, theft, or damage during the session. Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session or additional fees. Sky Shark Photography’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the session, and we are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. The client agrees that Sky Shark Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss during the photoshoot. Sky Shark Photography respects your privacy, and any personal information collected will be used solely to fulfill contractual obligations. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
